Odd Mom Out - Episode Guide

Jill's husband discovers that his brother scored $500 million from an overseas sale in the series premiere of this scripted comedy about a woman dealing with life and motherhood in New York's Upper East Side. Also: Jill is pressured to send her twins to the right school.

Research in Austria shows that Candace, Brooke and Lex are descendants of a Prussian duke. Meanwhile, Brooke and Candace manipulate Jill with a trip to an exclusive spa, and Jill scrambles to deliver kindergarten applications for her twins.

Stress increases for Jill over interviews with kindergartens for her twins. Elsewhere, Andy's mother wants the whole family to attend an interview for a prestigious, invite-only cemetery in a bid to secure their final resting place.

Jill meets a cool mom and thinks she can actually form a friendship with her. She sets up a double date for them and their husbands at a hot Japanese eatery, but the meal leaves a bitter taste when Brooke, Lex and their friends arrive. Meanwhile, Vanessa babysits Jill's children.

Jill takes a subway ride to Brooklyn with Vanessa for their college friend's backyard party. Jill immediately falls in love with the down-to-earth moms and homemade bread that people actually eat. Jill realizes the grass may not always be greener on the other side.

Jill gets a frantic call from Brooke who is going into labor a day before her scheduled c-section. When the ambulance refuses to take Brooke to the upscale hospital of her choice, Jill is left with only her wits to deliver Brooke's first naturally-birthed child. Andy and Lex enjoy an ill-timed technology-free afternoon that ends in a job offer, leading Jill to fear they might be getting in too deep with the Von Webers.

Jill reluctantly throws Brooke a "sip 'n see" party so everyone can meet her newborn daughter. At the party, Candace enjoys a potent combination of painkillers and baby-tini cocktails, sending her aimlessly wandering the streets. Andy is overwhelmed by the extravagant perks of his new job. Later, Jill offers Andy a very special kind of virginity.

Brooke takes Jill to a children's museum to observe nannies in their natural habitat and to try to poach a caretaker to take home with her. However, Jill quickly feels useless when her new staff takes care of everything. With her newfound free time, she is pressured into helping Brooke plan her big NACHO benefit party, creating distance between her and Vanessa.

Brooke and her entourage launch an investigation to figure out who has been too honest with their kids about the harsh realities of the world. Jill finds herself lying to Vanessa about attending a charity luncheon. Andy discovers Lex's shocking secret that could destroy the Von Webers.

Jill faces a decision between attending a birthday bash or a prom-theme gala in the Season 1 finale. Also: Andy reveals a secret about Lex; and Candace discloses information that could destroy the family's seemingly perfect appearance.

Jill dips her toe back in the work world by visiting the fashion magazine where she used to work. But her excitement at being welcomed back with open arms is short-lived.

It's Yom Kippur and Jill's parents come to town -- to atone, and to take care of a matter of life and death.

Jill and Vanessa go on a desperate quest to score tickets for the show "Hamilton" before star Lin-Manuel Miranda's last performance.

Jill reluctantly learns to drive with help from an attractive and seemingly perfect instructor. Meanwhile, Brooke's store opening draws near as she must decide whether to invite Lex.

Jill and Andy seek advice from a child psychologist (Meredith Vieira) about Miles. Meanwhile, Jill and Vanessa have a friendship crisis over "Game of Thrones."

A blizzard blows into town, bringing Jill and Andy together with a seemingly perfect family. Drew Barrymore and John Hodgman guest star.

Doormen go on strike, transforming the Upper East Side into a war zone. Meanwhile, Jill and Andy have a Valentine's Day dinner, where they pick sides in the strike, and Lex and Brooke take a big step in their relationship.

Age issues plague Jill, Andy and Vanessa. Also, Jill and Andy head to a "Dinner in the Dark" with Lex and Brooke.

Things go from great to gruesome when Jill, Andy, and the kids drive to a party in the Hamptons and get stuck in a traffic jam where Jill has a run-in with Brooke's idol, Joy Green (Molly Ringwald), author of The Joy Manifesto. Lex gets an enticing offer for Brooke's company, but Brooke has other ideas.

At Brooke and Lex's vow-renewal ceremony, Jill struggles with telling Brooke that her idol and wedding officiator, Joy Green (Molly Ringwald), is actually a monster.

Jill and Andy are shocked by how much Hazel has matured when they visit her at sleepaway camp, while victims of Ernie Krevitt's Ponzi scheme struggle with their new financial reality.

Jill comes to her breaking point with Candace living at their apartment and takes surprising action. Vanessa tries to spice up her long-distance relationship with Graham, and Lex receives life-changing news.

Jill struggles to make the right impression at her art show; New York Times best-selling author Derek Blasberg pays a visit to Brooke and Devon at Von Weber headquarters, but things do not go as planned; Lex gets advice from a stranger.

Jill is forced to face her fear of the suburbs while attending a traditional Thanksgiving meal with Brooke's sisters; upon meeting Barrett, a perfectionist homemaker, and Berkley, a paragon of condescension, Jill learns why Brooke is the way she is.

Jill is riddled with guilt when Candace makes her dramatic return from sequestration and tells the family the lurid details of the cruise ship murder trial.

Faced with an impossible work deadline on the night of his Dad's Committee Night Out, Andy takes stimulants. Jill and Vanessa learn the cruel definition of Med Spa as they visit their college friend Ollie at his new venture, Üth.

By day, Jill shoots Brooke's new line of Von Weber wares, and by night she and Vanessa investigate a rash of infections plaguing the Upper "Yeast" Side. Candace seeks answers for why she keeps getting called "Candy Ass," and Lex tries to make the cut at MarsX. 

Jill books a photo shoot in Los Angeles and brings Vanessa along. They follow Dave Navarro (playing himself) on a crazy adventure. Meanwhile, Candace oversteps her boundaries with Hazel, and Lex faces his deepest fears in a zero-gravity chamber. 

At the annual family sleepover night at The Brewton Museum of Natural History, animal instinct takes over: Brooke has cold feet about Lex going to Mars, Simone reveals her unexpected true love, Vanessa surprises herself and Andy realizes he's been chasing the wrong girl all year.

The Weber and von Weber families are thrown into a tizzy when Hazel gets her period . . . but that's nothing compared with what happens when someone from their past appears on The Wendy Williams Show and spills more tea than the Boston Tea Party.
