I remember watching this episode when it was first broadcast and it was never repeated. It was one of the most shocking episodes on TV I had ever seen. I have been looking for years to see it again, but it's never listed. I read on a messageboard that it was permanently removed from listings because it was so disturbing, particularly at the very end.
