Hi everyone,
If you thought it was a little too quiet from our side. You were right!
We've been working on some things behind the curtains in the last few weeks.
Here's a summary!
1) Show Relations
The nr 1 requested pending feature. On any given 'show page' there is now a new block displaying other shows that have a relation with the show you're checking out.
Here's an example: Star Trek
More information on show relations can be found in the FAQ.
2) Sort shows by rating
This is the 5th most requested feature. You're now able to filter out shows based on a specific rating (and up) on the show index page: http://www.tvmaze.com/shows
3) Edit dropdown
We've replaced the edit icon next to the titles for a dropdown menu in the info box of every page. This should make it easier to jump to a specific page with less clicks.
Advanced users can also make use of the hotkey (ctrl+shift+e) to jump directly to the main edit page.
There are other small updates and tweaks, but we're sure you'll discover them yourself in time. :)
Tell us what you think of these changes in the comments below. Also if you have any ideas/requests for new features you'd like us to implement we're very much open to hearing about them here or in the Forums
Have a great day/evening,
Jan & David

Too much time consuming…
Never mind, thanks for the answer
Looks great!

Only Curating Contributors and up can change an external once it's been added. You can post in the Edit Requests thread for a show's externals to be changed.

"Am I supposed to add franchises all between them"
You add franchise as a relation from the oldest show to each related show.
If you go to one of the related shows and click 'View all' you'll see that it shows the rest as indirect relations - https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/26535/90-day-fiance-what-now/relations
No more possibility to add or correct external datas (such as IMDb ID) once the entry has been created?
Nice job! Two things:
1. Maybe exclude the show itself and existing relations from "show target" at adding new relations.
2. I feel like franchises are related to each other as well. Like https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/3139/90-day-fiance has multiple franchises, but let's look at: https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/18265/90-day-fiance-happily-ever-after and https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/26535/90-day-fiance-what-now These 2 shows are definitely related to each other but only connected to the main "90 Day Fiancé". Am I supposed to add franchises all between them? (I guess same could be said about the Star Trek example.)
Wonderful work gang and thank you so much for taking in the suggestions and figuring out how to make it all happen!! :)
Relation feature is definitely what was missing. Great Job.
Big shout-out to you guys for the new features !
Thats great! Thank you!
