Little is known of Batmanuel, "The Knight of the Night." He seems to have no powers, and his only skills are an innate talent for self-promotion. He is cowardly, vomits at the sight of violence, and is a poor hand-to-hand fighter. He does drive a gold-painted "Batmanuelmobile," but it doesn't seem to have any special abilities, either.
Batmanuel is a lady's woman, and was involved with Captain Liberty in the past. He has a grandiose opinion of his own talents, whatever they may be, and is a licensed crimefighter in The City. However, the only apparent qualifications to be a crimefighter in The City seem to be a willingness to put on a costume, so that may not mean much.
If Batmanuel has one redeeming quality, it is loyalty to his friends. He doesn't have many, and he seems to hang around them for his own protection. However, if he stands at their side he will fight on their behalf, typically because he doesn't have a choice.
