Regina Standish, the extremely wealthy sister of George's late wife, Elaine. Regina is the opposite of Elaine: cold, bitter, and scheming; she despises Jews and shows religious intolerance toward Sarah after learning of her religion. Regina has her sights set on the widowed George and goes to extreme lengths to attempt to achieve her goals no matter the consequences.
