Al is a seasoned intelligence handler and bureaucrat, the back channel to The Service. Running a government funded think tank and publishing a policy magazine as his front, Al is the western Pacific asset handler for The Service. A longtime colleague of Wolfgang's, he knows him too well, and conspires to bring about his downfall.
