A crook from Central City, Jimmy was getting tattooed when the particle accelerator exploded. The tattoos of playing cards merged with his skin. Jimmy took the name Double Down, and has the ability to pull the tattoo cards from his skin and throw them. They regenerate as quickly as he can remove them, and they have razor-sharp edges. Adding to his lethal efficiency, Double Down can guide the cards in flight, directing them to his targets. He can also psychically track any card because it is linked to him. His primary vulnerability is that since he is linked to the cards, they can be used to track him as well.
