Captain Peacock was a floorwalker at Grace Brothers. His departments included Apparel, Shoes, and for a while Toys. His authoritative posture is confidence from when he tells fabulous war time stories. However, each story unfolds to prove how inept he is. He now stays at Millstone Manor and is dating one of the Grace Brothers many secretaries, Miss Lovelock. Despite being now equals, he continues the habit of asking his coworkers if they are free to serve the customers.
