Chuck Mangione is a brass musician, specializing in flugelhorn. He is a celebrity attracted to Arlen, Texas who is hired to perform music. He lampoons the problems that people have when hosting events by playing his hit song Feels So Good despite being hired to play some thing else. Megalo Mart recruited him to be the celebrity spokesperson for their company. He signed a contract with them agreeing to appear at every store opening. He did not expect that at least one new store opens every day, so he went rogue, and can now live freely at his Megalo Marts. Dale lets him be so long as he stops vandalizing the stores. He is last seen on the roof playing Feels So Good again. Chuck Mangione has since been replaced by John Redcorn and Jimmy Witchard.
