Despite a lifetime of taking shit back in New Zealand, Steve remains kind, naive, and mustached. Happy to finally have some company that doesn't totally ignore him, Steve comes to recognize the island as a chance to live the life he's always dreamed, even if that life means a diet that almost exclusively consists of boar.
