Ptonomy is a mutant with the ability to scan and enter the memories of both people and objects. It typically requires 30-40 minutes for him to do a full "memory scan" of a person. He can take others with him into the memories of people, and can show others the memories of an object by having them touch it while he is using his ability.
A side effect of Ptonomy's ability is that he relives all of his personal memories. At any given moment, he can experience a memory from anytime in his life.
