Actress and presenter Nadia, an Italia Conti drama school graduate, began her career in theatre but shot to fame playing Annie Palmer in EastEnders in the late 1990s.
In 1999 she made history as one of the original Loose Women panelists alongside Kaye Adams, Jane Moore and Karren Brady. Taking a maternity break in 2002, she returned to the fold in 2013, and we wouldn't be without her.
Her presenting credits include The One Show, Wanted Down Under, Eating in the Sun, Saturday Cookbook and she has also covered for Lorraine. She won Celebrity Masterchef in 2007 and has gone on to author a handful of best-selling cookbooks Stuffed Vine Leaves Saved My Life, Greedy Girls Diet, Greedy Girls 2: Second Helpings and Nadia Sawalha's Little Black Dress Diet.
In 2019 she presented Nadia's Family Feasts and continues to share vlogs, recipes and chit-chat on YouTube and Facebook with her Loose Women bestie Kaye. Nadia is married to TV producer Mark Adderly and they have two daughters, Kiki and Maddy, who were both home-schooled.
