John Proudstar / Thunderbird

John is an Apache Indian with mutant strength, endurance, invulnerability, and senses. He claims that he can't be killed by decapitation, although whether this is an indication of his healing ability or a joke is not known. John can use his sense to track almost anyone, picking up on minuscule traces that others wouldn't notice. He is the current leader of the mutant underground, and was involved in the past with Dreamer, aka Sonia.
