Carmen Guerra

Carmen is the daughter of a drug cartel head. When he retired, Carmen took over the operation and believes that she is more effective. She was romantically involved with Marcos when he was part of the cartel, but he left her for Lorna and Carmen may or may not harbor a grudge against him for doing so. She is a ruthless businesswoman, and isn't afraid to use extortion to get what she wants.
