Senior FBI agent Paul Briggs (Daniel Sunjata) was a legend at Quantico with a field record to match, but after a mysterious event led to an unexplained absence, the once buttoned-up Briggs returned with a new Zen outlook. And while his confidence, charisma and intelligence made him the de facto leader of Graceland, some in high places suspected his radical perspective hid a sinister agenda. It was only the arrival of Mike Warren that eventually brought a dark secret from Briggs's past into the light, and revealed his plot to avenge a deep hurt at the hands of a powerful enemy. Briggs committed some dark deeds before all was said and done, but he eventually returned to Graceland to pick up the pieces and lead his team once more.
