Martha Lacy

Martha is the blind widow of Dale Lacy, Shawshank's warden. She insists that her husband was a good man and a talented painter, an opinion that most of the townspeople seem to share of Dale. Martha knows of Henry and what happened to him in her childhood, and is offended by his supposed crimes.
