Kay Challis / Crazy Jane: A member of the Doom Patrol with 64 distinct personalities, each displaying a different super power. They all live within Jane's mind in an area that she refers to as "the Underground". Among Jane's personalities are:
Crazy Jane: The baseline persona with no apparent powers.
Hammerhead: This persona is angry and insulting toward everyone, and possesses super-strength capable of knocking Cliff back several dozen feet up a flight of stairs.
Sun Daddy: Sun Daddy appears briefly when Rita's body runs out of control in Cloverton. Late, she manifests to destroy Fuchtopia and then to stop one of Celsius' fire blasts. Sun Daddy is a 20' tall female figure with a flaming sphere for a head, and can throw fireballs and deflect fire.
Baby Doll: A childlike persona that is a big fan of Cyborg and scared of Cliff.
Flit: First seen in Niles' session tapes. Flit can teleport anywhere and seems to do so compulsively. Late Jane says that Flit does what she wants, when she wants, after Flit teleports Larry and Cliff to Paraguay.
Katy: Katy is one of the personas that "doesn't like to be interrogated", and hides deep in the Underground. She can fly and emit energy blasts.
Lucy Fugue: This persona has electrical powers and manifests to protect Katy and/or Jane.
Penny Farthing: This persona manifests briefly for the first time when confronting Cliff. Later she takes over when Jane and Robotman are transported to Nurnheim. Penny speaks with a British accent and is very apologetic, and doesn't display any superhuman abilities.
Scarlet Harlot: A nymphomaniac persona who invites people to touch her. A lot.
The Hangman's Beautiful Daughter: An artist persona who Niles calls upon in one of Jane's session tapes to make a sketch of the Underground.
Silvertongue: This persona can cause her word balloons to turn into razor-sharp silver manifestations and mentally use them as weapons either as solid words or making them take on the shape of a katana. When she does so, her lips turn silver.
Dr. Harrison: Harrison manifests in 1977 when Jane is being treated by Dr. Bertrand. Jane's hair becomes streaked with grey and her eyes turn light blue. She can read people's past and talk them into doing whatever she wants. Her power only works on people who can hear her.
Karen: Karen is annoyingly bright and chipper, has blonde hair, and is infatuated with 90s romcoms and her "leading man", Douglas Jay Cahoon. She has also dumped Doug dozens of times in the past when her other personas manifest and take her away Karen possesses the power to affect anyone with a human body, making them fall under her "love spell". They either fall deeply in love with her, like Doug, or support her and Doug getting married, like Doug's family and Rita. Karen's powers have no effect on Robotman.
Driver 8: Driver 8 looks just like Jane even in her subconscious. She pilots the train that Jane uses to go from the Underground to the real world, and never goes to the real world herself.
