An agent with the FBI, Wellers works closely with Ray Nadeem. He is one of the agents assigned to surveillance of Fisk during his stay in the hotel penthouse, and has a wife named Annie.
It is later revealed that Fisk has something on Wellers and has put the agent on his payroll.
When Wellers informs Fisk that Ray has betrayed him, Fisk beats Wellers to death in a fit of rage.
