Steve is a tourist who travels to Fuchtopia to gain metahuman powers from Dr. Von Fuchs. He is a superhero fanboy, and ends up in a transformation pod but is exposed too long. He takes on characteristics of animals, vegetables, and minerals, becoming... Animal-Vegetable-Mineral Man!
Later we find out that Steve has moved to the States and is unsuccessfully robbing convenience stores. His first attempt fails when his second dinosaur head attacks Steve's human head in the middle of the robbery.
