Today actor and comedian Adrian Edmondson visits Staffordshire, as he continues to search for the best regional British foods and traditions. He learns about the county's most cherished portable snack, the oatcake; visits the regions Marmite factory and pays a visit to the Potteries where he is taught the delicate art of producing ceramics by hand. Before he leaves, Adrian meets some dancers keeping an unusual dancing ceremony alive, and cooks up a delicious local dessert.
