Actor and comedian Adrian Edmondson makes his way to the North West as he continues his celebration of the best of traditional local British foods and crafts. His childhood dreams come true when he visits a sweet factory, he heads deep underground to explore a salt mine, and from the back of his caravan he cooks up a seafarer's favourite for some shanty men on Liverpool's Albert Docks.
