Attempting to dig a solid foothold in the lucrative morning news show arena, CNN starts a "New Day'' each weekday from its Manhattan studios. The show is hosted by Chris Cuomo, an award-winning anchor and correspondent who came to CNN from ABC News, where he anchored "20/20'' and "Good Morning America'' and Alisyn Camerota, a longtime Fox News anchor who joined CNN in 2014.
