Episode 20

It's the final day and Steph and Dom hand back control to the owners as they relaunch their hotel. But what have they learned from the week? And can they get that elusive five star rating from their guests? And to make matters worse one of the guests is an undercover hotel inspector. For their grand finale, they choose to try out a packed lunch perfect for a day at the beach, makeover their dining room and to take their guests on a Norfolk Broads boat trip. But how will the guests rate their efforts?
