Supergirl discovers that she has a mental link to Sam and Julia, and takes Lena and Alex with her to rescue them. Meanwhile, James faces a tough decision when he must decide whether to investigate Lena or not after she kept Reign's existence a secret.

After the Worldkillers escape, Lena looks around the ruins of her lab. Later, the team question Lena about what she was doing with Sam for three weeks. She explains that she conducted a series of tests and concluded that Sam and Reign are one and the same.
