Oliver learns that the DA has another witness against him--Roy Harper. Team Arrow set out to find Roy and learn if someone is coercing him to testify. Meanwhile, Black Siren passes herself off as Laurel and claims that she's been in captivity for two years.

Thea and Jean Loring come into Oliver's office and Jean says that she can get the case against Olvier dismissed. She explains that the FBI leveraged Rene to testify against surveillance leaked by Cayden. If the source of the evidence is tainted, then Rene's testimony is illegal. Quentin comes in and says that they have an emergency at the SCPD: Laurel just walked in telling them that she's their Laurel. As the trio arrives at the SCPD, they figure that Laurel is protecting herself from Dinah.…
