Dick delegates to sadly not briefed Kevin the bribing of mayor Jos Broeckx, so accomplice municipal official Victor Brepols is exposed, requiring a blackmail bluff. Frakke is poorly served by romantic encouragement from Zjang. Pol, Valere and part-time garage partner Bambi are easily tricked and robbed by gypsy slut customers.
