At Jitters, Singh calls Barry and leaves a message that the mayor has decided to hire him back. The power flickers, including Singh's phone, and cars crash outside. Singh runs outside and sees the power go out through Central City. In orbit above the earth, the five satellites enshroud the earth in an energy web. Thinker watches from a rooftop. At S.T.A.R.
