The Past Young Jesse drops to his knees and prays. He looks at the baseball bat on his bed, then gets up and walks out as God reaches him. Marie is counting money when Jesse comes in and kisses her on the cheek. He says that he might take the night off and go somewhere, and Marie asks him to bring her the bottle of whiskey.
