Sharon and Shaun Garner are charged with the tricky task of finding a new home for 67-year old Jennifer Rawlings, who is keen to relocate to warmer climes. Armed with a€210,000 budget, Jennifer is looking for a three-bed property with a swimming pool and near the beach. Can the Garners rise to the challenge? Linda Rodriguez teams up with son-in-law Damon, to help Sheffield couple Pete and Sue find a holiday home in Alicante province for their budget of €150,000.
