Secretary Walker sends Eduardo Durrance and his men in to help Jim clean up Gotham. Edward looks for the person who controlled him into bombing Haven, and turns to Oswald to find the person responsible.

A man sits watching a movie. Jim and Harvey come in and Jim says that they know the man, Gerry Grekov, sold the RPG that took out Haven. Grekov asks if Jim is going to arrest him. When Jim says that he isn't interested in arresting him and demands the name of the buyer, Grekov orders his men in and they draw guns on the two police officers.
