The people in charge are not supposed to profit from children's education, but what's to stop them from cashing in? Why have the police not been involved in this crime. and who signed the money over to this criminal group and why did they give millions of tax payers funds to that boss without doing checks on the work done and by the people who apparently carried out these jobs. you can see clearly by the Panorama team that schools where in a state of disrepair and dangerous to pupils and staff. Why don't the panorama team investigate the people who signed over tax funds there has to be an MP who has had some back-handers its obvious
