Experts Roo Irvine and James Braxton journey from Cumbria to auction in Liverpool in their 66 Mustang. Roo has a hankering for some curious military items and some of her favourite glassware, while James finds something that will help him attain the perfect physique. On the way, they learn how excessive drinking was curbed during World War One, and discover the women who scaled great heights in the pursuit of equality in the Lake District.
