After vacationing in Hawaii for years, an active Seattle woman is leaving the cold behind for the endless sunshine on Oahu. She'd prefer a move-in ready home to accommodate visits from friends, but isn't opposed to getting her hands dirty with some renovations. She's also looking for plenty of yard space for her three large dogs and gardening space for herself.
