Seeking to defeat the Powerpuff Girls once and for all, Mojo Jojo creates the Rowdyruff Boys – Brick, Boomer, and Butch – to fight them. When regular fighting doesn't work against the boys, the girls must use their feminine wiles to seal a victory.
