Major Belov, a friend and colleague of Colonel Sedykh, seeing in the newspaper a photo of his escaped daughter Dasha, takes journalist Alexei hostage, who prepared this reportage about allegedly street children. In the video made by Alexei, investigators see the famous pimp Jigu organizing "carousels" - sexual orgies involving street children who receive alcohol and drugs in exchange for intimate services. But it is not possible to simply take the Jig. He has very influential patrons in power circles.
