In southeast Asia, an IMF agent sneaks into an opium-manufacturing plant and determines that they're using a submarine and torpedoes to smuggle the opium out of the country. The agent spots two men in charge of the operations and recognizes one as Prince Selimun. He goes in for a closer look as a man reports to Selimun.
