It is spring cleaning time and Mr. Bean's flat is a total mess, so he cleans up everything. After this, he takes a bath, but after he gets out of the tub, he accidentally slips on the soap and slams into the vacuum, causing it to explode and thus his flat becomes dirty again. He tries to bathe again, but since there is no more hot water, he tries stealing some from a neighbour but some green shampoo causes him to become green. Finally, Bean attempts to take a bath in Mrs. Wicket's bath tub while she is in town, but puts too much washing powder in the machine, causing it to explode and fill the entire apartment building with water bubbles.
