Walker and Trivette's latest case is investigating strange killings.What makes the case so strange is that big time criminals are killed with Police issued bullets.This tells Walker and Trivette that the killers are Cops.This is made more certain when they are told by witnesses that a Cops Car was seen near the latest killing.As the partners continue with the investigation another case is brought to their attention.The arrest of Ernesto Lopez,a young man that Walker helped get out of a gang,and turn his life around.Ernesto was accused of Statutory Rape of a young woman that he was dating.As both cases are being investigated,a trio of Uniformed Cops have taken to eliminating criminals from Dallas.Walker,and Trivette have to find,and stop this trio of Cops before they do anymore killings.
