Finch goes to a cafe and chats with the Machine via a surveillance camera. He's long since accepted that he's probably going to die, but wonders whether his friends will get out alive. The Machine doesn't respond, and Finch figure that he may have made it impossible, and figures it's too late to change anything even if he could. Wow, this episode was just... wow. I really wasn't expecting it to go down like that. The wildest episode of the entire season so far, my gosh!

Okay, Harry is about to lose his shit! I predict that Samaritan will be defeated, and the machine will sacrifice itself to prevent any further abuses. Then in true Hollywood fashion, as the last scene fades to black we will see a light on some computer start blinking, indicating that the next generation of AI is inevitable.
