The competition gets underway at The Oak Tree Cottage in Burley, in the New Forest, where owner Jacqui Castle, and her sidekick Jane Waters, hope the homely approach wins the day. Guests Martin and Catherine Crosswaite from the Busfeild Arms in East Morton are not encouraged by the shared facilities. Jacqui treats her guest to a vocal therapy session, which leads to some awkward moments with Patrick Duggan from Epstein House in Liverpool. Next morning Jacqui's breakfast is served at a communal table which is not rated by Norman Butcher and Lorraine Watkins from The Rising Sun in Bath. When they refuse a repeat visit Jacqui is left feeling deflated and wanting answers.

Been watching this show for years and this has been the worst .
What a totally Horrible woman is Jacqui .
I cannot believe how controlled Patrick was re his comments and then her gloating .
Before it got to the end Jacqui`s place was the One place we All agreed was the last place we would stay !
We have always said that feedback should be left till the very end of the show but as stated this is probably been the most unpleasant winner we have witnessed in years .
Trust me Jacqui its a very empty victory that you stole . Total Game playing and for what its worth your pathetic flirting would Not have worked with me you have come over as a Cheat and a very Unpleasant person but Im sure life has been hard on you .
