As a nation, the UK is incredibly giving and Going Back Giving Back is born out of this generosity. Presenter Aled Jones explores people's personal history to see how they can positively change the life of another. Aled goes back to Leeds in the 1970s to hear the story of a little boy whose childhood was left devastated by one of the most notorious serial killers of the generation. On his journey, Aled introduces him to an inspiring and resilient young mother who has also faced her own difficulties. But can he find a way to give something back, and is he able to offer her anything in return?
