Around the World in 20 Years

Michael Palin goes in search of the crew of the wooden dhow Al Shama who shared an emotional voyage with him across the Arabian Sea in the first of his globe-trotting travelogue series, Around the World in 80 Days. Twenty years on from that perilous crossing, he begins his quest in Dubai before heading to Mumbai and on to Mandvi in the Gujarat province where he has heard that some of his old colleagues now live.
