Bad to the Bone

After rescuing 4,500 dogs in 10 years, Bandit's Adoption and Rescue of K-9s (BARK) in Ashland, Virginia, has won a nationwide contest for most deserving shelter; the run down shelter is fitted with state-of-the-art kennels and an agility dog park.
