Jimmy Wachter holds a B.A. in Theatre/Dance from Alfred University in Alfred NY and went on to pursue theatre doing summer stock in Buffalo, Rochester, Lake George & Syracuse NY. His roles on stage have included Chantal in La Cage aux Folles, Carmen Ghia in The Producers, Bazzard in The Mystery Of Edwin Drood, Pepe in the tour of West Side Story, The Jester in Once Upon A Mattress, Jennifer North in the all male version of the stage production of Valley Of The Dolls, David in Bathhouse: The Musical, Thomas in the controversial play Corpus Christi, Judy Garland in Judy's Scary Little Christmas, Earl in All Shook Up and Barbra Streisand in Brunch With Babs: Streisand Through The Decades & Colour Me Streisand. He won a SALT Award in 2009 presented at Syracuse Stage for Best Original Production for writing his one man show titled Colour Me Streisand. He has gone on tour portraying the legend all around New York and most recently in Orlando, Fl. Jimmy got his break when he landed the role of the Streisand impersonator on the CBS show 2 Broke Girls in 2015.
