Geoffrey Arnold "Jeff" Beck is an English rock guitarist from Wallington, Surrey, best known for his work with The Yardbirds and The Jeff Beck Group. Named as "one of the most influential lead guitarists in rock", he is ranked 5th in the Rolling Stone's "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time" list.
Beck won six Grammy Awards for Best Rock Instrumental Performance, and was twice inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame: in 1992 as a member of The Yardbirds and in 2009 as a solo artist.
