Born in Buenos Aires, Zenere showed a love for the arts from a young age, appearing in both theater and musical comedy. Her first appearance on the small screen was in a commercial for Barbie. In 2010, at the age of thirteen, she was casted in the fourth season of Casi Ángeles (Almost Angels), where she played Alai Inchausti/Alai Morales Romero, the daughter of Tacho (Nicolas Riera) and Jasmine (Maria Eugenia "China" Suarez).
In 2011, she made an appearance on the show Los Unicos (The Only Ones) playing Jessica Cervantes. That same year she served as a model in the youth staff of Multitalent Agency, where she modeled for the Sweet Victorian and Tutta Frutta campaigns.
In 2013, she landed a role in the teen-telenovela Aliados (Allies) staring alongside Agustín Bernasconi. She played Mara Ulloa, the half-sister of Maia (Mariel Percossi), a role that continued into the second season of the show in 2014. Currently she is portraying Ámbar Smith in the Disney Channel Latin America show Soy Luna.
