Ronald Howard

RONALD HOWARD played the famous sleuth on the " Sherlock Holmes" show. He was born in London, worked as a journalist before entering the Royal Navy for six years in 1939. Well-known for his work on the London stage and in films as well as on TV, he appeared in the play "Aren't We All" and the film " Glad Tidings." He collected books, liked living in Paris where the Holmes series was filmed, but missed his wife, two daughters and son in England.
