Sam Asghari

Sam Asghari is an Iranian-American model, actor, and fitness trainer. He was born Hesam Asghari on March 3, 1994, in Tehran, Iran. He started gymnastics at four years old, and he moved to the United States at age 13. In high school, he took theater classes, acting in the plays Hamlet and Macbeth, and played football. After high school, he attended Moorpark College in Moorpark, California, where he continued playing football as a starting tight end.

At age 21, Asghari was introduced to modeling. His first runway show was in Palm Springs, California for designer Michael Costello. Asghari has modeled for many magazines, including GQ, Iron ManMen's Health, and Vulkan. In 2019, he received a Daytime Beauty Award at the 2nd annual Daytime Beauty Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Fitness. Since 2020, Asghari has been the owner of the eponymous Asghari Fitness, a website that offers personalized training programs.

In 2018, Asgahri made his film debut in the Star Trek spoof Unbelievable!!!!! headed by Snoop Dogg. Asgahri has appeared on several television shows, including NCIS (2019), The Family Business (2020), Hacks (2021), Black Monday (2021), When We Grow Up (2021), PBC (2022), Dollface (2022), and Special Ops: Lioness (2023). He has also appeared in several music videos. Asghari co-stars alongside Mel Gibson and Kevin Dillon in the 2022 action thriller film Hot Seat.

Asghari became an American citizen in 2012. He has been married to singer Britney Spears since June 9, 2022. They live in the Thousand Oaks area of Los Angeles, California.
