Kiss Kiss Breach Breach Recap

Cisco is in his workshop, and Agent Zak Zeal and his team of Collectors come in and place Cisco under arrest.

12 Hours Earlier

Barry and Iris prepare to go to Tahiti for a vacation for two weeks. Iris wonders that they have too much going on, but Barry wants to take a break and iris agrees. They go in to where Cisco and Ralph are talking, and Cisco assures them that they have everything under control. He demonstrates BARI: Barry Allen Replicated Intelligence, his decision-making algorithm. They test it to determine what Barry likes, and Barry realizes that it knows more about what he likes than he does. Barry reminds Cisco that he's in charge, and then speeds off with Iris. BARI says that Ralph should go with Frost to stake out Ramsey's lab while Cisco stays there.

Joe finds Nash working in the sewer and figures that Nash had something to hide and kept tabs on him. Nash refuses to explain what he's doing and when they struggle, his wrist blaster brings down the ceiling.

Cisco prepares to go to bed with Kamilla after turning on his white-noise generator, and finds himself having a vision. He wakes up looking at himself in the mirror and cutting his hair, and wonders why he would do it. Kamilla says that Cisco has been sleepwalking the last few nights, and she figures he was doing it because he's exhausted. She tells him to relax and rest his brain, and Cisco agrees but asks her to tell him the next time he sleepwalks. Cisco almost says that he loves Kamilla and then corrects himself, and they stare at each other before rolling over. Breacher cuts a breach between dimensions and sits on the bed, staring off into space. He finally tells Cisco that Gypsy is dead.

At STAR Labs, Breacher explains that Gypsy was tracking a high-level hacker, Echo. He figures Gypsy learned Echo's real name, and somehow he got the jump on her. Somehow Echo killed her, and her dying set off quara-temporal containment barrier that keeps suspects from breaching to another world. They realize that Echo is still on Earth-1, and Breacher promises to help avenge Gypsy's death... with Vibe's help.

When Kamilla explains that Cisco took the meta-cure, Breacher wonders if Cisco was worried about breach psychosis. He says that the psychosis cause hallucinations and blackouts, and Kamilla volunteers Cisco to help Breacher with his abilities. Cisco asks BARI what Barry would do, and it says that they should go to the crime scene. He tells Breacher that he doesn't have to go there, and Kamilla offers to go with Cisco despite his reservations. Breacher tells Cisco that he knew he wouldn't let him down.

Joe and Nash recover and realize that they're trapped in the sewer. Nash points out that no one knows they're down there, and Joe insists that his support staff will come looking for him in a couple of hours. The explorer uses a canister to fire a blast of fire, and when it generates a fireball, complains about the vibrational frequency of Earth-1. Nash tells Joe that the fireball sapped 87% of the oxygen in the chamber, giving them only 42 minutes of air left.

Norvock calls Frost in and shows her two of Ramsey's recent corpses. Ralph joins them and complains that Frost didn't call him in, and asks Norvock to give them a minute. Once Norvock leaves, Ralph advises Frost to trust him. Frost insists that she didn't trust Ramsey and now she's responsible for who he kills, and Ralph tells her to have faith in the people around her. She says that she knows who Ramsey has faith in and goes off... and says that she won't be alone.

Cisco and Kamilla go to a warehouse and Cisco tells Kamilla that there's something he wants to say. The find a team of Earth-19 Collector Agents going over the crime scene. Zak comes over and identifies himself, and Cisco says that they're there in Breacher's place. The team has an estimate of the times of death, and they found an energy cartridge with no prints. Cisco realizes that Echo killed Gypsy with a transonic-demolecularizer, which vaporized her entirely.

Later, Cisco tells Kamilla that he's doesn't want her to think that he's hung on Gypsy. She asks what he was going to say earlier, and Cisco starts to tell her. Zak interrupts, saying that they have to leave because they're locking down the area. As they go, Zak tells Cisco that he admired Gypsy and has some big shoes to fill. Once Zak leaves, Cisco tells Kamilla that Zak is the only one who benefits from Gypsy's death. BARI suggests that they use the satellites to track the weapon's signature, and do the impossible.

Joe tells Nash to sit down and relax, and admits he has faith that someone will rescue him. Nash doesn't believe him, and gets light-headed from oxygen starvation. Joe figures that Nash doesn't believe in anyone or anything, and he used to be the same way. When his ex-wife and son left him, Joe was broken and went to church to yell at the universe. When he went home, his entire neighborhood came over with food they had cooked for him and Iris. That was when Joe realized that he had faith in people.

At STAR Labs, Cisco uses low-level delta wave vibrations to absorb the residual vibe energy from the object that killed her. Breacher realizes that he'll have to see Gypsy die, and Cisco tells him it's the only way they have to find out who killed her. Cisco initiates the artificial vibration sequence and takes Breacher's hand, and they see Gypsy and Echo breach into Earth-1, the two of them struggling.

Kamilla locates the weapon--inside of Cisco's workshop--and runs to get it.

Echo shoots Gypsy with the weapon, vaporizing her. Meanwhile Kamilla searches and finds the murder weapon in Cisco's workshop

In the vibe vision, the killer removes his hood, revealing that he's... Cisco. Breacher draws his knife and slashes at Cisco, accusing him of murdering Gypsy. Kamilla runs in and suggests that the Cisco that killed Gypsy was a Cisco doppelganger, but Breacher says that Cisco has the motive and guts. Cisco insists that he doesn't know how it's possible, and he and Breacher realize that psychosis could have caused it. Kamilla confirms that Cisco was sleepwalking when Gypsy was killed. Furious, Breacher says that he lost a son as well as a daughter. Because he respects the man Cisco was, he gives him an hour to get his affair in order and turn himself in... or he'll kill Cisco.

Nash prepares to blast the dropped ceiling apart. Joe says that they still have time for his friends to find them. When Nash wonders how he can have such faith, Joe explains that he has faith that Barry's death is for the greater good. Nash realizes that Joe has seen Mar Novu, and sits down in shock. Elongated Man creates a whole in the blockage and slithers in, and tells Joe that he's all right. Nash defuses the explosive and greets Elongated Man.

At his lab, Ramsey is testing his blood when Caitlin comes in. Caitlin got his message, and Ramsey says that she was like the daughter Rachel never had. He offers Caitlin a chance to join him, and demonstrates that he can now control the blood. Ramsey insists that he's a miracle, not a monster, and can transcend the natural order. He insists that his mother and her father should be there, and asks Caitlin to join him. Caitlin says that Ramsey's version of life is a nightmare, but he needs to have faith in himself. Ramsey grabs Caitlin by the throat and lifts her up into the air, and says that her words are madness. He tells her that the next time won't be a choice and leaves.

Cisco tells Kamilla that he has to turn himself in because he can't trust himself. Kamilla points out that he hasn't trusted himself since Barry made him the leader, and insists that Cisco is innocent because she has faith in him. She wonders why Cisco doesn't have faith in himself, and Cisco admits that he can't save people like Flash does. Kamilla tells him that Barry chose him to be himself, not Flash, and says that his doubts are noise in his head. Cisco gets an idea and realizes that someone transformed his white-noise generator into a micro neural impulse disrupter... causing symptoms like breach psychosis. He figures that only one person would be smart enough to create such a device: him.

Cisco is in his workshop, and Agent Zak Zeal and his men come in and place Cisco under arrest. Breacher is with them, and Cisco says that he's guilty. He tells Breacher that the holo-cube will tell him everything he needs to know about Gypsy's death. Zak orders the QT-net down and tries to handcuff Cisco, and discovers that he's a hologram. The real Cisco comes in and puts up a force field so the agents can't escape, and Zak's technician warns that they need four minutes to get the QT-net back up. Cisco says that he's not going to let the man who murdered Gypsy escape.

At the warehouse, Cisco breaches in and Kamilla directs him to Echo. Cisco explains that when the Collectors dropped the QT-net, his counterpart would try to leave Earth-1. Echo says that in two minutes, his device will power up and Cisco will be left to take his place. He asks if Cisco has the guts to shoot him, and Cisco aims his disintegrator gun at him. Cisco tells him that Echo got into STAR Labs, planted the gun in his warehouse, and hacked his white-noise machine. He recognized the coding as his own, and Echo doppelganger says that he specializes in hacking multiversal databases. Echo says that somewhere out there is a Cisco without the mind and the life that Cisco has, but he can reverse fortunes. He says that when Gypsy saw his face, she flinched and that gave him the second to use the same gun Cisco is holding. Gypsy is because she breached him to Earth-1 and he vaporized her.

Echo gets close enough to knock the gun out of Cisco's hand. The two Ciscos fight, and Echo finally grabs the gun. He pulls the trigger... and the gun contains Echo in a force field. Zak and the others arrive, and Zak confirms that he got Cisco's holo-cube message.

Later, Breacher meets with Cisco and Kamilla and says that Echo is in an Earth-19 cell. He apologizes for losing faith in Cisco, and Cisco wonders why Gypsy came there if she was dying. Breacher tells Cisco that she knew Cisco would bring Echo to justice, and lured him to Earth-1. Kamilla assures Cisco that Gypsy never lost faith in Cisco, and Breacher wonders what he's going to do. Cisco tells him that they have to start healing, and Breacher invites Cisco and Kamilla to Gypsy's remembrance ceremony. He admits that Gypsy would have liked Kamilla and he does as well, and he breaches back to Earth-19. Cisco tells Kamilla that he loves her without saying "love". She says that she does as well, and they kiss.

Barry and Iris return the next day and talk about all the beaches they visited. Chester is close to healing, and Cisco says that he got rid of BARI when he realized he didn't know it. Cisco figures that Barry realized that he didn't need BARI, and Cisco says that Gypsy's service is in a week. He admits that he's lucky to have Kamilla and wonders if it's wrong to moving on. Iris tells him that someone who is in love does that, and Cisco figures that Gypsy told him how to be the person he needed to be for when the right person came along. For that, he'll never forget her.

Frost checks Joe and Nash, and Ralph asks what Nash was looking for. He finally tells them to bring the entire team to the tunnels at 9:00 the next morning, and he knows how to save Barry.
