Slisse & Cesar is a Flemish comic series that ran on VTM from 1996 to 1999. This series focuses on the friendship between the wealthy insurance broker Slisse and the simple Cesar. Other characters are Slisse's wife Melanie, his children Rik, Jan and Tinneke and the eternal factor who always comes to beg for a drop of jenever.
